Meet the Founders
​Sydney Pritchett is an Alabama native and a Dovey Johnson Roundtree Presidential Scholar at Spelman College, where she is majoring in Psychology on the pre-law track. Passionate about mentorship, leadership, and advocacy, she is dedicated to helping young women recognize their potential and pursue their goals with confidence. As the co-founder of Girl Code, Sydney hopes to create a sisterhood that equips girls with the guidance, support, and resources they need to thrive in school, college, and beyond.

Zachenzie Milhouse is an Alabama native and an incoming high school junior with a passion for leadership, public speaking, and the performing arts. She serves as Alabama FBLA State President, is the founder of Legacy and Lyrics Theatre Company, and is actively involved in civic engagement and youth leadership throughout her community. As co-founder of Girl Code, Zachenzie is committed to creating a sisterhood where every girl feels empowered, supported, and inspired to write her own story.
