Welcome to GIRL CODE

Welcome to Girl Code, a mentorship organization created to help young girls grow into confident, prepared, and empowered young women. Girl Code is more than a program or a group. It is a sisterhood built on guidance, encouragement, growth, and genuine connection.

Through our Big Sister/Little Sister mentorship model, we connect younger girls with older mentors who are ready to support them through important parts of life, including school, leadership, self-confidence, personal growth, relationships, and future planning. Our Big Sisters are not expected to have all the answers, but they are expected to be present, supportive, honest, and willing to help guide the next generation.

Girl Code gives Little Sisters a safe space to ask questions, set goals, build confidence, and learn from girls who have already experienced some of the same challenges. At the same time, it gives Big Sisters the opportunity to give back, become stronger leaders, and make a meaningful difference in someone else’s life. Our goal is to create a sisterhood where every girl feels seen, supported, and capable of becoming the woman she wants to be.
